There is a really neat home that sits on the mountain and glows-in-the-dark in El Paso. This house has been doing this for years now but wanted to share it with you if you didn't know about it. In fact, if you've never heard of or seen this house, next time you're driving in that area check it out. Believe me, you will not be able to miss it when you're driving through Stanton near Mission Hills Park. I have admired that house that sits on the mountain on the Westside of town for years now. I think the colors the homeowners chose to use were the best choices for that glow-in-the-dark effect. The colors seem to be like a cyan-blue with a purple hue that makes the home illuminating. I enjoyed driving down Stanton on my way home from work in the evenings particularly for this reason. This home is always such a feast for the eyes while passing through Stanton and Okeefe in the evening.

Sometimes if you're lucky you can spot it from the freeway, I-10 West, and East around the Executive Center area. The colorful shade of lights hit the house at the perfect angle making the house look like it glows-in-the-dark. In my opinion, I think the way the two colorful lights shining on the home gives it a special FX touch to it. But the glow-in-the-dark home isn't necessarily lit up in a colorful manner at all times. So when you do get the chance to see it for yourself, it will be totally worth it.
