Dennis Rodman and his team of ex-NBA players did an interview with CNN's Chris Cuomo yesterday, via satellite from North Korea.  Cuomo asked about Kenneth Bae, the American who's been imprisoned in North Korea for the past eight months.  And Rodman freaked out.

There have been some outrageous shots in all levels of basketball that are highlight worthy, but this one has to be in the top  10 of all-time. During a Virginia high school basketball game, Marvey’o Otey was in a full sprint trying to save the ball from going out of bounds and lets it fly with a behind the back no-look toss that finds the bottom of the net...

Over the weekend, Harlem Globetrotters player Bull Bullard almost got crushed by a backboard after he had a dunk. This happened when the iconic basketball franchise stopped by the Nacional de Ingenieros Coliseum in Tegucigalpa as part of its tour of Central America, and during an exhibition against the Honduras Generalisimos, Bullard went up for a dunk and held on to the rim just a little too long

You have to see this to believe it. Give James Young credit for not quiting on the play and giving maximum effort. But seriously? He gets rewarded with making a crazy shot that counts for the other team? This just isn't right.  

I couldn't be happier that the NBA 2013-14 Season is finally here ... well almost, just one more day to go!!
