Meet Scottie Lewis. He's a 13-year old from New Jersey who can already jump out of a gym. A video of Lewis recorded from a cell phone shows him dunking a basketball, but that is not the most impressive thing. The 6-foot 3-inch seventh grader actually delivers a 360-degree slam! When I was 13, I needed a trampoline to dunk a basketball, and unless my name was Vince Carter, a "360" was just a fantasy.

The book on Lewis is that he has a similar skill set like Oklahoma Thunder star Kevin Durant had at the same age. If I was UTEP Head Coach Tim Floyd, I would sign Lewis immediately and make him the first player to the Miners' Class of 2019.
