The Child Crisis Center of El Paso is running low on items in their pantry and they are asking for the community's help! The Child Crisis Center of El Paso "protects children from abuse and neglect by providing shelter, advocacy, and family support services." The center works with the community to educate and collaborate with the community to promote healthy family environments for children. The goal is that these children can grow from these negative situations to become happy, healthy and look forward to a positive future.

On Friday, the Child Crisis Center posted a plea on Facebook for donations, saying they need the community's help. The center said they are running extremely low on supplies they used regularly to help families in the area. Some of the items they need are:

  • Juices
  • Cooking oil
  • Crackers/cookies
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Dry soups/kinds of pasta
  • Canned meats
  • Canned fruits
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Pasta sauce/tomato sauce
  • Baby oil
  • Diapers (Size Preemie, 3, 4, 5, & 6
  • Pull-ups
  • Diaper rash cream
  • Teething toys

All donations to the Child Crisis Center are put right back into the community to those in need. Donations may be dropped off or a pickup of donations can be arranged.
