Jennifer Han made it look easy. The IBF Featherweight World Champion successfully defended her title last Saturday night at the Don Haskins Center, when she scored an easy unanimous decision over mandatory challenger Liliana Martinez. For Han, the victory was six months in the making. Martinez was supposed to fight her six months ago, but she was not able to get her visa in time. Instead, they lined up a last minute opponent for the champ, and she won that fight in front of 5,000 fans at Southwest University Park.

Mario Gonzalez.

Han stopped by Sportstalk on Monday to discuss her impressive win over Martinez and talk about her future plans. She would like to return to the ring early next year and has her sights set on unifying the featherweight title.
