This time last year, the El Paso Chihuahuas were the talk of the sports world when they released their Bark at the Park jerseys. ESPN TV personality Keith Olbermann wore the jersey on his show and the SportsCenter anchors even showed them off during a weekend show. The team released their Bark at the Park 2.0 jerseys this morning with the Andy Warhol-style look to it. The jersey was created by children from Creative Kids Inc., a nonprofit organization that encompasses more than 600 kids from around the city. The special uniform tops will be auctioned off by the team on August 2nd, with proceeds going to Creative Kids Inc. and From the Heart Rescue. The first 2,000 fans with a paid admission to Sunday's game will also get a Chico bobble belly. That day is the third and final GECU Bark at the Park promotion, where fans can bring their dogs to the ballpark.
