The Chicago Bears may or may not have the same QB under center as they did last year but we wont find out until the season opener.

Bears head coach Matt Nagy said he wont make that decision about his signal caller until the opener as it still remains a competition and he doesn't want to give the opposing team any sort of advantage.

In the off season the Bears traded for Nick Foles in a deal with Jacksonville that brought immediate speculation on who the starting QB would be for Chicago in 2020.

Foles had a injury plagued 2019 with the Jags and will try to revive the magic he had in Philadelphia leading them to the Super Bowl win and him receiving Super Bowl MVP honors.

Trubisky on the other hand has to find the rhythm he had in 2018 and Matt Nagy must go back to more run-pass options for him to have the success once again.

Both players have played well in training camp according to reports but without a preseason to look at because of COVID-19, it makes it very difficult to know which player will be better during a actual game.

The Bears missed the playoffs in 2019 after winning the NFC North in 2018 with Trubisky as the starting QB.

The NFC North will run through Green Bay and Minnesota this year as both rosters are loaded with talent, but both do have some question marks, but the difference between them and Chicago is the questions don't involve the QB.

It is going to be very interesting this season to see how it plays out and it will be interesting to see who is under center week 1.

The Chicago Bears open the 2020 NFL regular season on September 13 on the road against the Detroit Lions.
