The 2015 NFL Draft is this Thursday and every fan of their particular team is very interested in what players they are going to get during the draft. That being said, let's take a look at what I think every team in AFC North needs to do in the draft.

Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens got to the divisional round of the playoffs but they need help if they want to get back there. They've lost receivers Torrey Smith, Jacoby Jones and on defense Haloti Ngata signed with Detroit.

Offense: Tight End, Wide Receiver, Kick Returner

Defense: Linebacker, Safety

Cleveland Browns: On paper, the Browns had one of the best drafts of 2014, but it didn't work out that way for them during the season. QB Johnny Manziel underachieved and ended up in rehab. They added Josh McCown but with two picks in the draft I wouldn't be surprised if they took a QB.

Offense: Wide Receiver, Quarterback

Defense: Corner Back, Linebacker

Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals have made it to the playoffs the last few years, but they have yet to be able to get passed the first round. The offense is solid as they rushed for 19 touchdowns last season but the defense allowed 16th rushing touchdowns as well.

Offense: Wide Receiver, Offensive Guard

Defense: Defensive Lineman

Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers extended quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's contract so they're good at that position for the next couple of years. They need to improve their defense as Troy Polamulu and Jason Worilds both retired.

Offense: Back up Running Back

Defense: Outside Linebacker, Defensive Back
