Calhoun Flower Farms is hosting Arcadian Autumn- A Farm-to-Table Dinner Experience, an elegant flower interpretation of the autumn season that will delight all the senses featuring Mila’s Mesa, Drunk on Design, and Dry Point Distillery on Friday, October 28, 2022.

Visitors can explore the enchanted grounds at Calhoun Flower Farms while lounging under the stars sipping on warm cider after indulging the palate in a gourmet 4-course dinner at sunset complemented with a different flower during each course and paired with a custom cocktail.

The Food Paired with A Farm Bloom

• A Lavender Bloom accompanied with Savory Biscuits, Lavender and Herb Biscuits with Chile Flake and Honey Butter
• An Amaranth Bloom accompanied by Golden Beet and Apple Soup, Amaranth Leaves, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Smoked Sea Salt, and Cardamon
• A Zanzibar Bloom accompanied with Charred Asparagus and Pan Seared Scallops,  Zanzibar infused Butter Sauce, Roasted Sumac Tomatoes, Pickled Onion, and Floral Garnish.
• A Marigold Bloom accompanied by a Spiced Rack of Lamb or Quail, Marigold and Coriander, Chermoula, Pomegranate Seeds, Paprika, and Maple Pumpkin Puree
• A Rose Bloom accompanied by Poached Persimmon and Honey Cake, Pistachios, Labneh, Honey, Dried Chile, and Rose.
