El Pasoans, and Orioles fans alike hope the fourth time will be the charm for Omar Quintanilla. After stints with Colorado, Texas, and the New York Mets, ‘Q’ hopes he will be able to call mid Atlantic home for a while.
Quintanilla is off to a hot start in Baltimore. He is batting .429 in ten games with the O’s.
Steve Melewski covers the Orioles for MASNsports.com. Q’s hot start prompted Melewski to write about the El Pasoan today. Melewski joined the ‘Sports Spin’ to talk about Quintanilla and what the Orioles need to do to compete for a playoff spot.
