Interactive Map Breaks Down College Football Fans by Zip Code

The New York Times released an interactive map showing exactly which zip codes cheer for each college football team. Of course, Texas is dominated by the University of Texas, but UTEP has a pretty strong showing in the Sun City!

The program created by the New York Times uses Facebook "likes" by zip code to popular the support for each college in different location. Then they add an algorithm to filter out some "noise" and voila!  For the interactive map, visit the New York Times.
