The free fall of Johnny Manziel monopolized every NFL Draft conversation on day one at Radio City Music Hall, but fans of the Cleveland Browns couldn't be any happier about the plummet.

ESPN Cleveland hosted a draft party at the Hard Rock Rocksino, where fans stood anxiously as the commissioner walked to the podium to announce the 22nd pick. When the name 'Johnny Manziel' was read, fans went absolutely nuts. Despite the horrible track record for quarterbacks in Cleveland, the city appears to be all-in on one of the most polarizing players since Tim Tebow.

On the night, the franchise added Oklahoma State defensive back Justin Gilbert with the No. 8 overall pick along with Manziel at No. 22.
