Come to find out Whataburger has a secret menu, too. Why nobody tells me? Oh yeah, it’s a secret. Well, not anymore. I believe it is my duty to share my newfound knowledge with other El Paso Whataburger Fanatics who’ve been kept in the dark.

It’s not like Whataburger isn’t already known for customizing pretty much anything on its menu, but you won’t find these items on the board.

For example, they’ll knock out their version of Chicken and Waffles if you ask. If you’re watching your figure and are foregoing bread, they’ll do a bun-less version of their signature #1.

Below is what San Antonio television station KSAT confirmed via the burger chain’s spokesperson is what is on the Whataburger secret menu. Unlike the limited-time offerings they occasionally offer, like the fan-favorite seasonal Dr Pepper Shake, these are available year-round.

• Grilled Cheese with Grilled Vegetables – for those rare times you’re not in the mood for a burger but don’t want to skip on your veggies for the day. A simple addition to an already popular menu item.

Whatachick’n Strips & Pancakes – Whataburger’s take on the Southern classic Chicken and Waffles dish. This one is only available during breakfast hours.

Breakfast on a Bun Ranchero – The regular breakfast sandwich Ranchero-style. They'll add jalapenos and Whataburger’s picante sauce to spice things up.

Bun-less Bacon and Cheese Whataburger – It’s their famous signature #1 burger minus the buns plus bacon. For convenience, and to make it easier to eat, the Bun-less Whataburger is served on a platter.
