Star power is set to take the field as the 2nd Annual A&A All the Way Charity Softball game draws near.

Cowboys defensive end Micah Parsons, U.S. men's national team soccer player Ricardo Pepi, and UTEP alums Nik Needham (Dolphins cornerback) and Roy Robertson-Harris (Jaguars defensive end) have been confirmed as part of the star-filled rosters for Team Aaron and Team Alvin. The event, which features a home run derby and softball game, is set for Thursday, June 29, at Southwest University Park.

Tickets are on sale to the public online at AAAlltheWay.org.

Packers running back Aaron Jones — who starred for Burges High and holds the career rushing record at UTEP — is back to host the charity softball game with his twin brother Alvin, who similarly had a great high school career at Burges and translated it into a strong four-year career at UTEP before playing football professionally (Ravens practice squad, Canadian Football League).

Fellow NFL players like Needham, Robertson-Harris, Eric Stokes (Packers cornerback), Mike Carter (Jets), Shamar Jean-Charles (Packers cornerback), Tyler Goodson (Packers running back) and Jeffrey Wilson Jr. (Dolphins RB) will be on Aaron’s team. Team Aaron will also feature notable El Paso personalities like Krystall Poppin (music artist), Dickie Williams (business owner) and Evan George Vourazeris (actor). Rachel Schaeffer (UTEP softball alum) could end up being the ringer on this squad.

Team Alvin will reflect a good mix of athletes and personalities. Some NFL players like Davon House (Packers CB) will make up his team. Then, notable personalities like Kirko Bangz (rapper), Danny Cashout (Internet personality) and Leslie "Les Do Makeup" (influencer) join Team Alvin. UTEP will be represented on this squad as well as Team Alvin has Deion Hankins (running back), and graduates Rey Flores (wide receiver) and Kalaii Griffin (CEO of Shredskinz, former linebacker).

600 ESPN El Paso will be broadcasting live at Southwest University Park on Thursday, June 29 starting at 4 p.m. with the pregame coverage of the 2nd Annual A&A All the Way Foundation Charity Softball game.
