Over the course of the past year, we've all been encouraged in one way or another to support small businesses, who were hit significantly by the COVID-19 pandemic in one way or another. In efforts to help out financially, one El Paso brewery has put together a campaign to create more awareness for locally owned businesses while also helping out with a charitable cause.

Hey Y’all, Shop Small: #Loco4Local915 has been the three-month campaign started by El Paso’s newest women veteran owned brewery Craft, Rhythm & Brews. The idea behind the campaign is simple. One can purchase a “Hey Y’all, Shop Small” T-shirt and take advantage of discounts at over 30 local businesses across town that have joined in on the initiative. A portion of the proceeds will go to help Centro San Vicente, a non-profit organization that provides community-based primary care health services with particular concern for the poor and needy in the El Paso area.

From axe throwing, to haircuts, to mobile detail washes, to breweries and restaurants, the campaign has reached a variety of different businesses that have joined in on the mission to help small businesses in the city.

The campaign is set to continue through June 25th. For a list of businesses involved or for information on how to purchase the t-shirt, click here.
