With the 2016-17 NBA Season having tipped off just under a week ago, there are many changes surrounding teams. Kevin Durant is now a Warrior, Derrick Rose is in a Garden now, Dwyane Wade is a Bull along with Rondo and Michael Carter-Williams, and many other headlines.

One thing that Damian Lillard aka Dame D.O.L.L.A (Different On Levels the Lord Allows) did last year was rap about his take on not being selected to the All-Star team. This off season he had some time to improve his game and also record some songs for his debut album "The Letter O". Leading up to his album was plenty of music and appearances on shows and vlogs from Dame. It was only a matter of time before he would release an album. Check out one of the more notable songs from "The Letter O".

Lillard released "The Letter O" on October 21, 2016 and the league's current greatest player sent out his support and appreciation to Lillard.

Not only does the album have Lillard spitting fire like the Demon Lizard knows how, the album also features some of the biggest names in the Hip-Hop and R&B world such as Lil' Wayne, Juvenile, Jamie Foxx, Marsha Ambrosius, Adrien Marcel, and many others.

My take on the album is a positive one. Lillard shows his versatility on this project and is able to adapt his flow to whatever beat he is on. I personally would've like to have heard some more songs but for a debut project from a man whose profession is something that does not offer much free time I think he did a stellar job.
