Florida State Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston is accused of taking crab legs and crawfish from a grocery store without paying for them.

The grand total of the stolen seafood -- $32. Winston claims he forgot to pay for the items, which might be legit. I mean, who goes into a grocery store with the intent to snag crab legs?

In a statement released through his attorney, Tim Jansen, he said, "I went to the supermarket with the intent to purchase dinner but made a terrible mistake for which I'm taking full responsibility. In a moment of youthful ignorance, I walked out of the store without paying for one of my items."

Winston wasn't charged with a crime and if he completes a community service program, no misdemeanor charges will be filed. Regardless, the Florida State baseball team has indefinitely suspended Winston. Calm down - he's a relief pitcher.
