Hundreds of parents and children gathered at El Paso High School on Monday for Cowboys star Micah Parsons, who hosted a football clinic with the partnership of Flexwork Sports, calling it the Lions Den Football Camp.

The Dallas linebacker first touched down in the Sun City for the 2023 A&A All the Way Foundation Charity Softball Game. He returned to the city on Monday for the first time this year. Parsons is scheduled to rejoin the Jones' brothers for the 3rd Annual Charity Softball game on Thursday, June 27.

Thanks to our own Football Friday Night reporter Angel Torres, whose kiddo attended the clinic, we got a solid breakdown on the clinic. Before the football activities started, hundreds of parents and kids went through registration at El Paso High. Parsons got to the field by 2 o'clock and those that paid an extra fee were able to take personal photos with the Cowboys star. After bouncing around from group to group taking photos with the kids, Parsons would integrate himself into drills. Torres described his actions at the clinic as "enthusiastic" and noted that Parsons stayed late to do one-on-one drills and passing drills with certain kids.

Parsons told reporters during his clinic: "I came out here for Aaron Jones' softball game and the community was so crazy. El Paso is one of my favorite places and I'm so happy to be back."
