2012 UTEP Football Schedule

The 2012 UTEP Miners have one of the toughest non conference schedules in the country, and the media in El Paso rarely passes up an opportunity to remind Coach Price how tough it is.

We all know how elite Oklahoma and Wisconsin are, and Ole Miss should be much better under first year coach Hugh Freeze.

With an improved NMSU team up the road in Las Cruces, the possibility of starting the season 0-4 is a very real one.

The Miners will get no cakewalk once conference play begins.  East Carolina, SMU, and Tulsa have been constant thorns in UTEP's sides.

Coach Mike Price knows his squad has their work cut out for them, but as the cliche goes, they will take it one game at a time.
