It wasn't that long ago when the Giants entered the postseason as the 6th seed in the NFC and went on to win 3 road playoff games and defeat the mighty Patriots in Super Bowl XLII.  The Giants enter this postseason with a 9-7 record, and won 2 of their final 3 games to get into the tournament.

The Dallas Cowboys are a dissapointment!  I could sugar coat it, but why do that?  Through 5 games they have a record of 2-3 and could easily be 5-0.   Sometimes it is important to tell it like it is in life.  This team has the potential to win the Super Bowl, but potential means nothing if you cannot finish a game.

Jaws is one of the better NFL, and he has always struck me as a likable guy.  For some reason Jaws forgot he was broadcasting before an audience of millions on national television and thought he was breaking down film with Gruden in the MNF trailer.

New York's 28-21 win over New England sunday on CBS earned a 26.2 overnight rating and 44 share.
