Maybach Cars To Cease Production in 2013

The extra decadent Maybach luxury cars will cease to be by the end of 2013.
Manufacturer Daimler has decided to stop making the extremely high-end rides because they’ve failed to turn a profit since the relaunch in 2002. Instead, the company will focus on their Mercedes line or “the cars that are actually selling.”
The Maybach was basically marketed to the top 1% of the world. They cost about $375,000 per unit before all the options and they actually only sold a total of 200 cars in last year alone.
Looks like Kanye and Jay-Z will be taking the bus soon. And by bus, we mean, a bus that they own that’s the size of a city block.
