MinerTalk is back for the fifth season featuring the post-game coverage of every UTEP football and men's basketball game. For the first time ever, MinerTalk has a home for home pregame tailgates and road watch parties!

For the first time since its inception, MinerTalk and 600 ESPN El Paso will be hosting live watch parties at The District Pub & Kitchen West (3233 North Mesa). The first watch party will kick off this Saturday, August 26th, at The District West starting at 3:30 p.m. After the game, MinerTalk will be live from The District West, which will have 99-cent wings on gameday and drink specials all day. Additionally, we will have prizes and giveaways for people to register for throughout the game! I will be on-site along with Sal Montes, Jason Craig and different guests throughout the season. Zay Galindo will be joining MinerTalk this season for the first time as a producer/co-host and he will hold the fort down at our River Oaks Properties/Schoolyard Sports Studios.

600 ESPN El Paso will exclusively carry MinerTalk this season on air (600 AM) and online (listen live link) for all the UTEP matchups, brought to you by our title sponsor, the Oscar Arrieta Agency. The District West watch parties/tailgates are simple. For most home games, stop by early to tailgate with MinerTalk listeners ahead of the game with the pre-game show! For away games, stop by any location for The District and take advantage of the food/drink specials. All times are subject to change and approximate based on the end of the game.
