Although the Dallas Cowboys won't be playing in Super Bowl 49, here's one reason for Cowboys fans to be happy about. Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray was named the NFL's Offensive Player of the Year.

Murray had a career season with 392 carries for 1,845 yards and 13 touchdowns. He beat out Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers and Pittsburg Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown for the award.

Murray will be a free agent in the offseason and hopes to re-sign with the Dallas Cowboys.
