Although there were 17 players taking part in Alabama's Pro Day on Wednesday, no one had more to gain than quarterback Blake Sims.

The one-year starter led the Crimson Tide to an SEC Championship and a College Football Playoff appearance while compiling some of the best passing statistics in conference history.

But NFL scouts and coaches aren't sure how his skill set projects to the next level. You won't find him in many mock drafts and some sites have him ranked 12th out of the eligible quarterbacks. Super Bowl winning quarterback Joe Theismann thinks he'll get a shot, but it's still uncertain which team will give him the opportunity.

That's why Alabama's Pro Day is an important part of the evaluation period for Sims. During the event, the senior threw all types of passes to showcase his arm and accuracy. He was able to work in his comfort zone thanks to his talented receivers that were on hand.

Check out the videos of his workout at Pro Day, which includes some analysis of his performance.
