This report from Pittsburgh's KDKA-TV is explosive. Former Penn State vice president Gary Schultz told a Pennsylvania grand jury that he didn't think former assistant coach Mike McQueary's was really claiming that he saw Jerry Sandusky sexually abuse a boy in the showers at Penn State. Schultz testified he thought McQueary was uncomfortable with Sandusky and the boy "horsing around" in the showers, but the state of Pennsylvania say he was lying.

KDKA reports that the state investigation has discovered Schultz keep secret files on Sandusky's activities. Not only that, but NBC also revealed that investigators believe Schultz, former Penn State president Graham Spanier and former athletic director Tim Curley emailed each other about McQueary's claims and decided NOT to go to the police because it was the "humane thing to do" for Sandusky.
