UTEP students, alumni, and anyone else looking for a job can connect with potential employers at UTEP the first week of February.

The University of Texas El Paso Career Center is hosting its annual Spring Career Fair on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 6 and Feb. 7 in the Tomás Rivera Conference Center, Union Building East, 3rd floor.

The job fair is an opportunity to get in front of and speak with around 80 local and national private organizations as well as state and federal entities in a wide range of fields regarding full-time or part-time employment, or internship opportunities.

On Thursday, Feb. 6, the focus of the job fair will be on majors in the colleges of Business and Liberal Arts. Friday, Feb. 7, prospective employers in engineering and science will be front and center. However, everyone is encouraged to attend regardless of major as most prospective employers will be there both days.

ADP, El Paso Electric Company, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Central Intelligence Agency, and various police departments from around the state are just a few of the prospective employers participating. For the complete list of organizations click HERE.

This job hunting event is free and open to students of all majors, classifications, and the general public.
