Two Denver Men Re-enact ‘Weekend at Bernies’ and Wind Up in Jail

Jeffrey Jarrett was a man about town on the night of August 27th.  He was even buying everyone rounds of drinks.  There was just one problem.  Jeffrey Jarrett was DEAD!

Two Denver men, 43 year old Robert Jeffrey Young and 25 year old Mark Rubinson, were charged with abusing a corpse, identity theft and criminal impersonation.  Neither is charged with Jarrett's death. The cause has not yet been determined as toxicology tests are still underway.

The ordeal started on the evening of August 27th.  Young and Rubinson arrived at Jarrett's home around 11 p.m. to find him unresponsive.  Rather than calling 911 these two geniuses decided to take Jarrett's corpse with them for a night on the town.  They left the corpse in the car, but used Jarrett's ATM card at various Denver establishments.

The gruesome twosome then dropped Jarrett's dead body off at his home at the end of the night.
