Surprised a Legendary Texas Musician on this List Doesn’t Have a Grammy?

Every year as Grammy nomination lists pop up all over the internet, attention inevitably turns to the scores of artists who either have one but don't deserve it or deserve one but definitely don't have it.

Buzzfeed just released its list of grammy winners and grammy losers and I guarantee you'll be taken aback by some of these choices.
