It is so heartbreaking to think that these families will have to be outside when the coldest air of the season hits the borderland, but seeing the amount of donations and volunteer work from local businesses really restores my faith in humanity.
One of those organizations is Operation Hope which is partnering with the A&A All The Way Foundation and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for its annual Trunk of Hope event.
After a couple years off due to COVID (...a tale as old as time...) - the Western Hills United Methodist Church Annual Autumn Bazaar is back on! It's the perfect time to stock up on some homemade goods and feel like we live in a civilized community again. Well...at least community!
