Ray Aguilar Jr. will move up from Class 4A to 5A Division II to take over an El Paso High football program that hasn't seen a winning season since 2016. The Tigers went 0-10 in 2019.
The UIL realignment came on Monday with a few changes, almost no surprises and now, El Paso football programs have some clarity on the outlook for the next two years (2020-22).
