Alas, the 2019-20 schedule has finally been released by the UTEP men's basketball program, with a plethora of key games, including home games against New Mexico, Arkansas-Pine Bluff and New Mexico State, along with a huge road game against Houston.
Keonte Kennedy, a four-star recruit from Austin Westlake out of the class of 2018, joins the Miners fresh off his first season with Xavier. He appeared in 22 games for Xavier, having logged just 12 minutes per game, 2.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and nearly an assist per game.
Today, Kevin Baker announced the trio of coaches hired for UTEP women's basketball—Todd Buchanan (associate head coach), Anthony Anderson (assistant coach and director of player development) and Heather Karner (assistant coach and recruiting coordinator).
Following the hiring of Kenton Paulino to the UTEP coaching staff nearly a month ago, Rodney Terry rounded out his assistant coaching circle with the addition of Arturo Ormond to the coaching staff earlier today.
