Cruncthime will be live from the Sun Bowl this Saturday for the 28th annual All-Star Senior football game.  We will have a loaded show as usual as SISD Athletic Director and Red Storm head coach JJ Calderon will join us at 10:15, followed by El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame president Ed Stansbury at 11 a.m. to preview the game, and will be our guest for our NFL week 16 "NOT SO FAST!!" picks segment.

Our featured guests will be Colorado and UT Permian Basin Quarterbacks Steven and Raymond Montez at high noon.  Steven Montez set nearly 50 school records during his 39 career starts at Colorado, including becoming the program's all-time leading passer with 9,649 yards and 10,609 all-purpose yards.  Steven was recently selected to participate in the 2020 Reese's Senior Bowl game in Mobile, AL on January 25.  At 6-5 and 230 lbs. Montez has the perfect size for an NFL quarterback, and could be playing on Sundays next season.

Raymond Montez just concluded his freshman season at UT Permian Basin, and had a stellar career at Del Valle accumulating 7,575 yards, 917 yards on the ground, and 13 rushing TD's.  Raymond was the number overall player drafted in the 2018 Senior All-Star game.  Join us for Cruncthime 10-1 p.m. this Saturday from the Sun Bowl, followed by our broadcast of the Senior All-Star football game with Adrian Broaddus and Paul MacKinnon.
