Six Padres Featured in Baseball America’s Top 100 Prospects
You know that baseball season is getting closer when you start to see the top prospect lists released. This morning, Baseball America released it's Top 100 Prospects and the San Diego Padres have six players on the list.
Of that group, Urias has the best opportunity to play this year with the Chihuahuas, while Quantrill and Tatis Jr. could also see time with El Paso. The Atlanta Braves led all of MLB with eight players on the the BA Top 100, while the Brewers, Rays, and Yankees joined the Padres with six. The Chihuahuas first game will be an exhibition on March 26th at 6:05pm against the Padres and their first homestand will be April 10-16 against Salt Lake and Las Vegas.
