Seattle Advances to Second WNBA Finals in Three Seasons
Sue Bird and Breanna Stewart have Seattle back in the finals for the second time in three seasons after the Storm swept Minnesota in the best-of-five semifinals of the WNBA playoffs. Seattle is 3-0 in the championship round, last winning a title in 2018. Bird had 16 points and nine assists in the clincher, while Stewart scored 31 points — a career playoff best. Seattle will face either Connecticut or Las Vegas.
