Sean Kugler Says C-USA West Is Wide Open [VIDEO]

The UTEP Miners enter C-USA play this weekend with a 2-2 record and a team hoping to erase last Saturday's 58-28 loss to Kansas State. UTEP head coach Sean Kugler spoke about the parity in C-USA's Western Division.

The Miners trailed Kansas State 31-0 at halftime and had only one first down after two quarters. Kugler told 600 ESPN El Paso what he told his team in the locker room at the break.

The good news for Miner fans is that UTEP left Manhattan, Kansas without any significant injuries.
