Nothing makes me sadder than seeing a homeless animal. Lately there's been so many animals either abandoned or given back to animal shelters. We here love animals; I have 3 dogs myself that I love very much & basically treat like children so caring for animals is always a top priority for me.

This year has been rough for pet adoption centers in El Paso. We've heard about the El Paso Animal Services being extremely understaffed & overcrowded with animals this year. That's why they're holding a free pet adoption event this Saturday:

Happening on the 5th, 11am to 6pm, any pets who are 5 years or older will have their adoption fees waived & all adoptions the pet’s spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. They're open 7 days a week & you can always donate or adopt at their address 5001 Fred Wilson, El Paso, TX 79906, or online.

It's also the PetSmart National Adoption Week (February 28th to March 6th) so the Humane Society of El Paso will be hosting a free pet adoption event at the PetSmart at the Fountains of Farah on Friday from 11am to 3pm. You can always donate & adopt at the Humane Society of El Paso at 4991 Fred Wilson or on their website.
