Ken Walters, the President and CEO of El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union delivered his "locks" for week 11 of the NFL from his office.  Thanks to Seattle's upset over Baltimore and Arizona's shocker in Philadelphia,  12 of the 18 contestants were eliminated last week. The 2nd annual EPEFCU 600 ESPN El Paso Lock of the Week contest featured more than 270 entries, but only 6 of them are still alive. The finalists are: Andrew De La Rosa, Irene Morales, Luis Labrado, Martin Rede, Ricardo Cortes, and Roy Torres. The grand prize winner receives a 60-inch HDTV from El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union, and second and third finishers will also receive smaller HDTVS.
