Ken Walters’ NFL Locks for Week 12 [VIDEO]

Ken Walters, the President and CEO of El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union delivered his "locks" for week 12 of the NFL from his office.The 2nd annual EPEFCU 600 ESPN El Paso Lock of the Week contest featured more than 270 entries, but only a few of them are still alive. The grand prize winner receives a 60-inch HDTV from El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union, and second and third finishers will also receive smaller HDTVS.
