There’s a new brunch spot in central El Paso and if you love chilaquiles like I do, you will definitely love this spot!

Chilaquiles Buen Dia has opened the doors to their 3rd location  and it’s in the heart of central El Paso: 801 North Piedras.

Buen Dia now has locations all across town including far east, west, and now central El Paso near the Five points area.

This exciting addition to the city's dining scene is part of the renowned restaurant group that has establishments like the popular Crave Kitchen and Bar chain, Cantina Malolam, and Fool's Gold bar.

If you’ve never been to Buen Dia before, the restaurant has a unique concept and brunch-oriented menu and is known for its diverse menu, featuring six variations of chilaquiles, priced at $10 each.

Options range from Verdes with tomatillo serrano salsa to Rojos with chile de arbol tomato salsa. The best part is that you can add your own protein choices, such as grilled steak, citrus grilled chicken, carnitas, or roasted veggies.

I stopped by the other day for lunch and it was the first time i decided to throw in some protein on my chilaquiles and it won't be the last time!

On weekends, green pozole is also available and if you are REALLY REALLY hungry then there’s a special item on the menu you will want to try.

The Super Burro is a smothered chilaquile burrito that has scrambled eggs and carne asada. Great. Now I’m hungry all over again!

I love supporting local businesses so finding this brunch spot was exciting to me! And now with an extra location it’s more convenient for people to enjoy it on whatever side of town they are at!
