The Best Snow Pictures Captured by El Pasoans
By now, any trace of snow from this past weekend is long gone, but for a brief moment, El Paso delivered some Instagram-worthy views.
The city warmed right back up almost as quickly as the snow arrived, making it feel like the whole thing happened way too fast! One minute we were waking up in a winter wonderland, the next we were back to jackets being optional.
Still, that short-lived snowfall was more than enough for El Pasoans across the city to grab their phones and start snapping photos. I know I did- the view from my place looked straight out of a movie scene for a hot second, and of course, I had to get my dog in the picture because this was her moment!
El Paso Snowfall Seen From Around the City
Because the snow didn’t stick around long, we asked our followers to send in photos from their point of view- and El Pasoans understood the assignment! From different sides of the city, people shared quick snapshots of the rare winter moment before it disappeared.
Check out how El Pasoans caught the snowfall just in time.

My favorite pictures have to be the ones with pets!
Okay, sure, our friends up north would probably laugh at how excited we were over snow like this. But when you live in El Paso, any snowfall is a moment. It doesn’t happen often, which is exactly why we treat it like an event and document every second of it.
While plenty of people stayed home to enjoy the cozy vibes, and finish all our snacks in the house, others had to brave the roads. As usual, slick streets led to accidents, delays, and a reminder that snow driving is very much not our specialty around here.
A Short El Paso Snow Day, Captured Just in Time
Even so, it was a rare El Paso snow day- short, sweet, and gone almost as quickly as it arrived. Thanks to the photos shared by El Pasoans across the city, the moment lives on.
