It looks like we can expect an extra strength El Nino weather pattern in Texas this year and, thankfully, it will be a wet one. Will it reverse the El Paso areas' drought?
Summer got to town early this year and along with days already cracking the 90's, the heat is also waking up some wildlife that is annoying at best, deadly at the worst.
Winter, (the whole day and a half of it we got), is over in El Paso and don't count on any spring. Forget early summer too, Mother Nature's going straight to hot in the 915.
Last weekends snow "storm" was pretty cool, (no pun intended), but in true El Paso fashion; our first taste of winter was way short lived and very short of record breaking.
As El Paso starts to inch into the cold weather months, some area residents are not properly prepared to deal with the cold. To help them, the city has several places where El Pasoans can go to warm up.
