Hoop Scoop Online Rates UTEP’s Recruiting Class 12th Best in Nation [AUDIO]

Despite losing Vince Hunter, Julian Washburn, C.J. Cooper, and Cedrick Lang, the UTEP men's basketball team reloaded with six new players signed for the 2015-16 season. The group is headlined by a pair of junior college players, Dominic Artis and Lee Moore. Clark Francis, publisher of Hoop Scoop Online, joined Sportstalk on Friday to discuss UTEP's 12th best ranking among NCAA men's basketball recruiting classes for the 2015 season. Francis has been in the basketball recruiting business since 1983 and this is the highest he has rated the Miners in a men's basketball recruiting class. He also gave advice to young basketball players interested in playing college or professional ball.
