After six years, enough was enough in Lincoln. A source today told ESPN.com that Doc Sadler was fired as head coach of Nebraska. The Huskers finished this season 12-18 and 4-14 in the Big Ten. Sadler came to UTEP as an assistant coach for Billy Gillispie, and became the team's head coach in 2004. Nebraska signed Sadler to a two year extension last season, and the head coach said a few weeks ago that he would be owed $3.4 million.
