
Former San Diego Charger Commits Suicide at 29
Players for the San Diego Chargers are reportedly devastated by the loss of former player Paul Oliver who committed suicide Tuesday night.
Oliver, who was a defensive back for the Chargers from 2007-2011, reportedly shot himself at his Georgia home. Police have not released a reason for suicide, but stated Oliver died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 29.
Oliver has not played with an NFL team since 2011. He was a fourth round draft pick from Georgia.
