Follow Along: UTEP Football Officially Releases 2021 Signing Day Class

On National Signing Day, the UTEP football team announced their official 2021 class, featuring some 3-star recruits, JUCO transfers and local standouts staying home.

Due to the limited number of available scholarships UTEP has, head coach Dana Dimel had to be extra strategic with their recruiting this year. The team signed JUCO transfer quarterback Kevin Hurley (Northeast Mississippi Community College) in the early signing period, while Kansas State senior defensive back Walter Neil Jr. announced his transfer intentions to UTEP. That left the staff with just four available scholarships this signing period.
