ESPN Can’t Stop Talking About This Texas High School
Texas is not stranger to having very successful athletics school programs; just look at Texas A&M or the University of Texas. ESPN certainly knows a thing or two about sports coverage & one Texas school has gotten the attention this past weekend: Walnut Grove High School. And they're not just loving the sports side of the school, it seems like they love the entire campus.
Where is Walnut Grove High School?
Located in Prosper, Texas, the Walnut Grove High School, home of the Wildcats, is actually a fairly brand new school that opened at the start of August. After months of building a new campus, they're finally ready to have their first year of school in 2023.
Photos have already come out on the inside of the campus; the library, classrooms & the places where students can take part of the various sports programs. They have a giant basketball court, football field, baseball stadium, a studio where students can film & shoot their own sports coverage, what looks like to be a food court (complete with a Sonic & Jersey Mikes) & an even a giant weight room for students to stay in shape.
Now of course many schools great sports programs, but the inside of Walnut Grove even got the attention of ESPN. They made a post stating "This new high school looks fire with over 900k likes. You can see the photos they included of the inside of the school on their post down below.
It's true what they say, everything is bigger in Texas. Even our schools.
