Dallas Cowboy Cole Beasley Talks to Team 600 About Football, Family, and Twitter [AUDIO]
Cole Beasley is having a great start to his professional football career. The former SMU star just signed a four-year contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys for $13.6 million. Not bad for a guy who briefly considered walking away from football before he made the team his rookie season. Beasley will join teammates Tyrone Crawford, Anthony Hitchens, and Tyron Smith tomorrow at Socorro Entertainment Center for the 600 ESPN El Paso Sports and Get Fit Expo, presented by the Viva Auto Group. We caught up with the popular receiver Friday during Sportstalk, and discussed a wide variety of topics including Willie Nelson, a new ranch in Texas, and catching footballs from Tony Romo.
