The confetti hasn't even been picked up off the AT&T Stadium turf in Dallas but we can go ahead and start projecting the college football favorites for 2015.

Bovada released its first set of championship odds for the 2015-16 season and Ohio State is the early pick to repeat in the College football Playoff. Oddsmakers have established the Buckeyes as a 6-1 favorite eight months before kickoff.

TCU, which just missed out on a playoff birth this season, is second on the list with 15-2 odds. Alabama will be a popular pick once again under Nick Saban and opens at 10-1. The team that could make the biggest jump next season is Auburn, who has the same odds as Oregon at 14-1.

If you have an itch to put some early money down, it might not be wise to stray too far away from the Buckeyes or Crimson Tide. Both teams return a ton of talent, will bring in top recruiting classes again, and have the two best coaches in college football. Urban Meyer and Saban have combined to win seven of the past 12 national championships. Keep in mind that Meyer was out of coaching for a season and Saban went to the NFL for two years.
