Bucknell Basketball Announcer Goes Crazy Over a Routine Layup [Video]

Anyone who has followed UTEP basketball for any length of time knows how fortunate we are to have Jon Teicher as the voice of the Miners.  Teicher has a great feel for the games he calls, and knows when to convey excitement.  Most of all, he DOESN'T SUCK!!!

Bucknell Bison fans aren't so lucky.  They are stuck with Doug Birdsong.  Birdsong acted like the Bison had won the national championship when forward Mike Muscala scored this routine layup in Bucknell's 62-49 win over Dartmouth on Nov. 27th.

Even if Bucknell won the national championship on that play, the call is still bad, bad, bad, bad, bad......b-a-d spells bad.

At least he gets an 'A' for enthusiasm.
