Billy Gillispie Introduced at Tech [PHOTOS]

Earlier today, Billy Gillispie was introduced at Texas Tech as their new men's basketball head coach. This is the third time Gillispie has taken over as head coach for a Texas school, and here are some pictures of the festivities in Lubbock.
